For verification, first open the platform homepage in a browser private window, check the catalog and region prompts, and then try playback. Native IPs vs. Residential IPs
“Native IP” is typically a labeling term used in the route market. It suggests that an IP’s registration region, announced region or common geolocation database result is relatively consistent with the target region. This is closer to the information a platform may expect when determining a region, but it does not mean every platform will reach the same conclusion. Platforms use different databases and risk-control rules, so an exit may appear in the target region on one platform and be identified as another region on a different platform.

4K, Dolby Vision & Bandwidth Requirements
The network requirements for 4K and Dolby Vision are not simply a matter of having a higher speed-test number. Actual playback is affected by local broadband, wireless quality, cross-border route fluctuations, congestion, device decoding capability, display certification, app version and platform plan eligibility. Official bandwidth guidance from the platform can serve as a starting point, but a single speed-test result should not be treated as a picture-quality guarantee for every device.
Streaming services typically use adaptive bitrate. Playback may start at a lower quality and improve gradually as sustained download capacity allows. A fast one-time speed test does not prove stable throughput over time. If the error appears only in the app, test the browser version first. If it occurs on only one device, check that device’s network permissions, DNS settings and app cache. If every device on the same route shows the same regional prompt, switch to another route in the target region. Change only one condition at a time so you can identify what made a difference.
Before clearing the cache, confirm that account credentials and viewing history are synchronized. Clearing data works differently across systems and can affect the sign-in state, so reinstalling the app should not be the first step.
